Mokhova, Natalia ; Kožená, Marcela (referee) ; Živělová, Iva (referee) ; Lace, Natalja (referee) ; Zinecker, Marek (advisor)
Náklady vlastního kapitálu, jež jsou ovlivňovány řadou interních a externích činitelů, významným faktorem ovlivňujícím rozhodovací procesy v podnikové sféře. Navrhovaná metodika řízení nákladů vlastního kapitálu je určená k použití v podnikové praxi a lze předpokládat její další rozvíjení v rámci navazujících výzkumných aktivit.

Štarhová, Eva
Štarhová, E. Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on small and medium-sized enterprises. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2024. The aim of the thesis is to assess the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on small and medium-sized enterprises in the brewing industry and to identify factors that enable a successful response to pandemic-related crisis situations. In addition, arrangements are formulated for unexpected negative changes in the external environment of enterprises. The paper is based on a content analysis of secondary quantitative data, which allows to generalize the results to a wider range of enterprises. The crisis measures adopted by microbreweries highlight their adaptability and creativity in quickly adapting to npredictable market conditions. The specific strategies recommended are designed as precautionary measures to eliminate potential negative influences in the external environment, particularly in response to volatile market conditions and consumer behaviour dynamics.
Vnější faktory působící na výkrm brojlerových kuřat
Taláková, Viktorie
The bachelor thesis discusses individual factors which affect broiler chicken fattening. This work includes a brief history of broiler chicken production up to the present day, as well as the most crucial broiler breeds – Ross 308 and Cobb 500. Statistical data about the production and consumption of chicken meat in the Czech Republic and the world are also mentioned. This work continues with the description of internal factors affecting broiler chicken production. The central part of the bachelor thesis dedicates to external factors, their connection with chicken fattening, and the correlation between the concentration of the chickens and their welfare. The effect of individual external factors is evaluated at the end of the work. The most essential factors are disinfection of the poultry farm, feeding, water, microclimate, litter, and floor space density. Feed is the most significant part of the total cost.
The evaluation of microbiological quality of game meat
TŮMOVÁ, Lucie
Game meat has been representing an important part of human nutrition for a long time. However, hygienic requirements for its acquisition, storing and preparation have developer more slowly in comparison with the requirements for the livestock meat. Nevertheless, a proper manipulation with this kind of meat is absolutely essential. The objective of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the microbiological quality of game meat samples (n=76) depending on the selected internal (species, age, sex), and external (the location of bullet penetration, the place of sampling, the length of storage) factors. It has been found out that the total number of microorganisms in samples ranged from 0.00 to 8.11 log CFU/g with the mean value of 6.08 log CFU/g. Numbers of coliform bacteria in the samples were most significantly affected by the external factors and ranged from 0.00 to 7.28 log CFU/g with the mean value of 3.30 log CFU/g. Statistically significant effect (p<0,05) on the microbiological quality of game meat had been found in all external factors and in sex of game animals.
Ichthyosis - A disease of the whole family
Jílková, Karolína ; Pinková, Blanka (advisor) ; Přáda, Jan (referee)
Bachelor thesis entitled Ichthyosis - A disease of the whole family deals with the disease Ichthyosis, its types, heredity and quality of life of patients. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I present an individual types of diseases, possibilities of diagnostics, therapy and the influence on the labour of a mother of a child with this disease. In the practical part, I examine the period of the first signs of childhood disease, the impact on childbirth, the attitude of parents of a child with ichthyosis to plan another child and the degree of a daily burden for patients and their caregivers. I carry out the research in the form of a questionnaire sent out among the families whose members suffer from the given disease and a supplementary questionnaire, which was presented to the mothers of healthy children. The work is focused on greater public awareness of Ichthyosis, the necessary care of the skin of the affected and the non-infectiousness of this disease. The most popular products for relieving clinical symptoms are introduced in the attachment No. 3. keywords: ichthyosis, genetics, quality of the life, care, life, heredity, diagnostics, therapy, labour, prenatal

The analyse of selected strategic documents
Hoštičková, Edita ; Perlín, Radim (advisor) ; Miškovský, Josef (referee)
This diploma thesis researches which activities state cities in their strategic or action plans. In the thesis is tested if these activities correspond with questions solved in analytical parts, especially SWOT analyzes. Selected cities are: Hodonín, Krnov, Nový Jičín, Sokolov, Havlíčkův Brod, Klatovy, Jindřichův Hradec, Žďár nad Sázavou, Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav, Otrokovice, Bílina, Rakovník, Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Česká Třebová and Varnsdorf. The main method used in this diploma thesis is the in-depth analysis of strategic and action plans. On the basis this method was found that the activities mostly correspond to the analytical part. But preferentially are realised projects, for which can be used funding from grants, some cities state it directly in their strategic documents. Based on the focus of their strategic plans, cities were divided into four groups, these groups were then tested on effects of various factors. Tested factors are the location and the author, nor one of them has been confirmed statistically significant influence on the orientation of...
Chrysophyte stomatocysts - encystation and excystation dynamics - bentic resting stages of chrysophytes
Mušálková, Petra ; Němcová, Yvonne (advisor) ; Juráň, Josef (referee)
The resting resistant stage has several important roles for phytoplankton microorganisms. It protects them from hostile conditions, allows them to spread to new locations and is often part of their life cycle. Chrysophytes form large populations for only a short part of the year, and therefore the formation of a resting stage is key for them to re-establish a vegetative population the following year. Chrysophyte resting stages are called stomatocysts, which are silicified and have a unique species-specific morphology. They can be form after both sexual and asexual reproduction. This is an understudied area. Most described stomatocysts are not assigned to species and much is not known about the triggers of encystation and excystation. It is thought that a combination of external (temperature, light, nutrients) and internal (cell age and cell concentration) factors are involved. So far, only sexual encystation in Dinobryon cyindricum and Synura petersenii has been studied in detail. My diploma thesis is based on laboratory experiments with Ochromonas tuberculata, Synura uvella and two strains of Synura petersenii. The aim of the study was to investigating whether external conditions such as temperature and lack of nitrogen or phosphorus have the effect on asexual encystation and whether it is...
